How to change the password of a Mysql user in cPanel?

Step 1. Log in to your cpanel

Step 2. Under the Databases heading, click the MySQL Databases link.

Step 3. You can complete the task through the same tool -> Current Users section. At the bottom of the page, under theCurrent Users heading click on the database user that you would like to reset the password for. 

Step 4. On the MySQL Account Maintenance page, enter the old password for the user and then enter the new password you would like. When finished, click the Change Password button.
